Description
The Recherche Rock-wallaby is a subspecies of the Black-flanked Rock-wallaby which is found on 3 islands in the Recherche Archipelago of Western Australia.
Threats
The main known and perceived threats facing rock wallabies as a group include predation by foxes and feral cats, changes to fire regimes, habitat destruction and degradation, small population sizes and population fragmentation together with drought and the effects of climate change.
